The inaugural year of the Philadelphia Unnamed Film Festival, a new event founded to bring the best new and undiscovered genre films to fans in Philadelphia. Focused around alternative screening spaces and renegade filmmaking, this DIY festival is not to be missed.

8:00 - Small Talk (Dir. Nicole Solomon) A young phone sex operator named Al's career takes a strange turn as her more unpleasant clients begin dying under mysterious circumstances after speaking with her. (23 min) -- screening with "CRSHN ON U"

6:00 - Egomaniac (Dir. Kate Shenton) Filmmaker, Catherine Sweeney is determined to make a zombie horror romantic comedy. However, in order to get the funding, everyone in the industry is telling her to put a talking dog in it. Desperate, Catherine does whatever it takes to get her film made... at the cost of her own sanity. (70 min) -- screening with SONDER DURING END TIMES

7:20 - Bizarre Block 30 minutes of odd and disturbing films. Films include bad backs / dale balls, THE PANTY SYMPHONIC, and WET NURSE TRILOGY.

8:00 - Dead Body (Dir. Bobbin Ramsey) Nine high school kids celebrate graduation at a secluded home in the wilderness. Once the party dies down they play a game: Dead Body. But when one party-goer takes the game too far, actually murdering the other guests one by one, it's up to the group to set aside their tensions, and ferret out the murderer before it's too late. 10:00 - Night of Something Strange (Dir. Jonathan Straiton) Five teenage friends set out for the beach on their Spring Break vacation. When they stop for the night at an isolated motel, the real terror begins when the STD virus starts running rampant, turning those infected into the living dead. (95 min)
